Ensure effective coordination with other humanitarian actors to address gaps and to avoid\u003Cbr\u003Eoverlaps.\u003Cbr\u003E5. Ensure transparency and accountability, compliance with applicable rules, policies and\u003Cbr\u003Eprocedures, and internal control, through notably:\u003Cbr\u003E5.1. Procurement procedures, which ensure best value for money (or if appropriate the lowest\u003Cbr\u003Eprice) and the absence of conflict of interests, as well as compliance with high level quality\u003Cbr\u003Estandards, in particular for medical supplies;\u003Cbr\u003E5.2.
